Q. Do you have a model home I can tour?: A. Visit our Sales Center and Model Home at Cooper's Grove in Alexandria, Virginia, on N. Donelson St. At this model, you'll encounter the workmanship and elegant features that characterize Calvert Luxury Homes. We're happy to give you a tour by appointment, or drop in between 11 p.m. and 5 p.m. Friday through Monday.
Q. Do you have references or recommendations available? Can I see homes you're building now?: A. A significant portion of Calvert Luxury Homes' business is repeat customers and referrals from friends and neighbors. People choose us again and again for a new home and their grown children choose us because the Calvert experience is so positive in every way. Our Design Consultants can direct you toward some reference sources and homes you may tour.
Q. This is my first time at buying a new home from a luxury builder. With all the choices and features, does homebuying become a time-consuming, confusing experience?
: A. Buying a new luxury home can take more time and attention than buying an existing or prebuilt home. However, Calvert's experienced Design Consultants have developed many ways to keep the process uncomplicated and efficient for you. In the long run, having the features you want, just the way you want them, can save you lots time and money on remodeling or retrofitting. Also, second-time buyers will appreciate the Calvert ability to get what you want, and get it right, the first time.
Q. What can I expect from a Calvert Luxury Homes Design Meeting?: A. Choosing colors, surfaces, styles and features may be the most fun aspect of buying a new home. Our Design Consultants are experienced at helping homebuyers work through the many choices in luxury features available as standards in Calvert Luxury Homes. You can prepare for your Design Meeting by collecting pictures and jotting down ideas and taking a close look at your lifestyle, daily activities, entertaining and hobbies. What would make your life easier and more pleasurable?
Q. Is it OK to visit my home while it's being built?: A. Calvert offers many opportunities to meet with everyone involved in your home's creation and to see the work in progress. We are happy to schedule progress visits. Visits are always arranged with your safety and the safety of our workers as the primary consideration.
Q. How can I contact Calvert Luxury Homes during the building process?: A. Calvert prides itself on our one-to-one, personal way of doing business. We'll outline the many points of contact you'll have with us and all those involved in building your home at our Homebuyers Meetings. You will always have ways to contact us as well as regular meetings and encounters with Calvert representatives throughout the homebuilding process.
Q. Do you offer a Warranty?: A. We offer a New Home 2-10 Warranty program and assistance from a Warranty Service Department. Visit us to learn more about this protection plan for your new home.
