It's been several months since the completion of my renovations, not I continue to be amazed at the difference it has made to my home. You, Kris and Kimberly had excellent design ideas and the quality of the work is outstanding. This is the first major home improvement that I have undertaken and I am sure it showed that I was a novice. However, you were patient with me and always responsive. I enjoy my new kitchen, bathroom and dining room/study area each and every day. You told me it was your job to make me happy, and you succeeded! Thank you.

I would recommend your work to anyone considering a major or minor project to their home, and am happy to serve as a reference for you.

Dear Bob:

At the conclusion of a major complex renovation project at Canter Lane, we are most happy to document the status and results of this project for your future reference.

For the record, we have approximately a 6,000 sq. ft. home, of which approximately 4,000 sq. ft. were gutted and renovated. This includes a business office, stairwell and stairways, 5 bathrooms, master bedroom suite, a 13x12 custom walk-in closet, a master bathroom facility, including a Jacuzzi tub, steam/spa shower and a 11' vanity, foyer, dining room, family room, music room and craft/tap room and laundry room.

This project included replacement of hardwood floors and ceramic tile variously throughout the house, as well as retiling showers and bathtub surround areas. Additionally, we had crown moldings, chair rails and shadow boxes installed. All the existing trim and doors throughout the house were replaced, as well as all the light fixtures. In my (WR) office, Mr. Adkins built a custom computer station and built-in library shelving, added crown molding and a chair rail, which completely transformed my office.

We are extremely satisfied with your crew's work and especially with your supervisor of the project, Vincent Adkins. He always exhibited exceptional organizational skills, professionalism, expertise and a very friendly manner and kept the project moving. He was always available for consultation, when we had questions. Many times, he made suggestions that were superior to what we had originally planned, and even added some delightful surprises along the way. His trustworthiness was exemplary. We were out of town during some of the renovation and we left him in charge of access to our home. We are now thoroughly enjoying our completely transformed home. It is like having a new home without the move!

Jean and I thank you for such an exceptional job. It would be our pleasure to work with you again in the future, should we plan other projects. We would be most happy to speak to anyone as a reference for your company and your outstanding work.

This is to express my admiration for the work your firm did in renovating our kitchen, three bathrooms and front hall. It was of uniformly excellent quality.

The care, interest, creativity and enthusiasm you brought to the design effort were without compare and you listened carefully to our concerns and desires. The result is exactly what we wanted.

The work started and finished time on. Eric, your on-site supervisor, paid close attention to detail and always kept us informed of the progress and schedule. He effectively worked around our schedules and still got the work done on time.

Your different work crews were consistently polite, considerate and cooperative. Their work displayed the finest craftsmanship. It is obvious that you must screen them very carefully before engaging them.

Before we started we compared prices and now having completed the work I am convinced that we received not only the best price but, more importantly, the best value.
